1. Assistant Director ---- 1 Position

Qualifications

 Age not over 35 years
 Bachelor's Degree or higher in related fields
 Minimum 5 years experience in management level of Property Management field
 Have a good knowledge of Juristic Person Act
 Must be have own a car with a driving license
 Excellent command of spoken and written English and computer literacy
 Have knowledge of Real Estate would be an advantage

2. Estate/ Building Manager ---- 2 Positions

Qualifications

 Thai Nationality, age over 27 years
 Bachelor’s Degree in Management or related fields
 Minimum 5 years’ experience in building / estate management or 3 years in management level
 Knowledge in Juristic Person Acts is an advantage
 Good command of spoken and written English, computer literacy and familiarity with office automation

3. Administrator (Urgent) ---- 1 Position


Qualifications

 Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Arts or any related field
 Minimum 1 – 2 year experiences in related field
 Creativity & initiative at work with strong communication skills and highly service minded
 Able to execute administrative tasks
 Good command in English both written and spoken
 computer literacy and familiarity with office automation


4. Technician (Urgent) ---- 4 Positions


Qualifications

 Service minded, Thai nationality, male, age over 21 years old
 Vocational or higher in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related fields
 At least 1 year experience in high-rise building or villa
 Knowledge of preventive maintenance is an advantage
 Able to work in shifts

 ชาย อายุ 21 ปีขึ้นไป สัญชาติไทย
 วุฒิ ปวช. ขึ้นไป สาขาไฟฟ้า เครื่องกล หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
 มีประสบการณ์ในสายงานอย่างน้อย 1 ปีขึ้นไป ด้านงานซ่อมบำรุง งานระบบประกอบอาคาร
 รับนักศึกษาจบใหม่ หากมีประสบการณ์การฝึกงาน
 มีทักษะความรู้เรื่องระบบการบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกัน (Preventive Maintenance)
 สามารถทำงานเป็นกะได้

Remark
 All position have knowledge of Real Estate would be an advantage
 Male applicant must complete or exempt of from military service
