Must be have own a car with a driving license

Bachelor’s Degree in Management or related fields

or 3 years in management level

Qualifications

Minimum 1 – 2 year experiences in related field
Creativity & initiative at work with strong communication skills
and highly service minded
Able to execute administrative tasks
Good command in English both written and spoken
computer literacy and familiarity with office automation
4. Technician (Urgent) ---- 4 Position
Qualifications
Service minded, Thai nationality, male, age over 21 years old
Vocational or higher in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
or related fields
At least 1 year experience in high-rise building or villa
Knowledge of preventive maintenance is an advantage
Able to work in shifts
