Career history and recent achievements:
Amous joined Knight Frank Project Management Pte
Ltd, Singapore in July 2003 as Condominium Manager of the No. 1
condominium in Singapore, at which time he immediately clinched the
Best Managed
Project Award in 2003.& 2004. He also assisted the company
for the re-certification of ISO 9001. In the same year, he was
elected
as the Associate Director of Singapore Institute of Building and
in the following year, he was appointed to be the Honorary Secretary.
Besides that, he participates in reviewing several Singapore Standard
Codes of Practices.
In 2004, he was selected for the overseas post;
Associate Director of Knight Frank Phuket assisting the Managing
Director to oversee the sales & marketing, property management
and entire operations of all the developments, properties and villas.
In very short time, he was able to expand the business quickly
and maintaining the service quality. In 2006, he was promoted to
General
Manager who oversees the entire operation in Phuket office.
Amous also has the capabilities to provide various
types of consultancy services to all clients with his building background
and experience. He has been engaged as a consultant for major projects
like Blue Canyon Country Homes 1, 2 and villas. In just within a
year, not only he has managed to achieve the mission to bring Knight
Frank Phuket Co., Ltd the biggest international real estate company
in Phuket but also manage to secure projects that worth more than
950 million in total. Besides that, he also managed to assist the
company to expand the business to other provinces in Thailand like
Bangkok, Koh Samui and Phang Ngan.
Besides business, he also helps to promote the company
reputation and brand in Thailand by writing several articles for
the magazines, conducting seminar, promoting effective property management
system and etc.

Career history and recent achievements:
Mok Cheak Kuan joined Knight Frank Phuket Co. Ltd
on 15 August 2007 as the Associate Director, Property Management
Division. Mr. Mok was a Lt Colonel and a Senior Logistics Officer
in the Ministry of Defence, Singapore. He has 30 years of experience
in strategic planning, military and civil logistics, maintenance
and management of military properties, infrastructures and facilities
in Singapore and overseas. In the 1980’s and 1990s, he was
commanding a logistic brigade in the Singapore Armed Forces and providing
operational logistic support to troops training overseas.
In early 1995, Mr. Mok left the Singapore Defence Ministry to join
the private sectors in managing private residential estates, commercial
and industrial developments. He had since worked in the property management
industry for 12 years in Singapore for some of established property
management companies such as Chambers International Property Management
Pte Ltd, Knight Frank Estate Management Pte Ltd, Capital International
Asset Management Pte Ltd and Property Facility Services Pte Ltd.
In his last appointment as the Assistant Vice President of CIAM, Mr.
Mok managed over 90 over sites with 5,800 units that include some of
the most prestigious high-end residential developments in Singapore.
With his abundance of knowledge and experience in property management,
Mr. Mok is taking up the new challenge in Thailand to share, coach,
and guide his teams to provide the best service to clients in property
management. Most important of all, he aims to provide the best service
and wherever possible, to meet the satisfaction level and expectation
of the clients.
In his 12 years of property management, Khun Mok was instrumental in
the development of operation procedures for ISO Certificaiton and the
achievement of ISO 9002 standard for Chambers International Property
Management Pte Ltd. He was also the first condominium manager to be
selected by the Singapore Government to launch the “Singapore
OK”

and managing residential, commercial and industrial
estates undergoing major retro-fitting and upgrading works that
include lifts’ upgrading, replacement of power cables,
repair and replacement of water tanks, replacement of underground
pipes and service water pipes, road resurfacing, changing of
generator sets, retiling, additions and alteration works, re-construction
of drainage system, re-construction of swimming pool, and other
major renovation works.

Nattha joined Knight Frank Phuket as an Estate Manager at Piyalai Laemson
since July 2004.
In the beginning, he was trained from a support team of Knight Frank
Bangkok. Due to his good performance and good leadership, he was promoted
to Zone Manager who in-charge to train all the new Assistant Estate Managers,
Senior & new technicians. He has to set up all technical and operational
systems at Piyalai Laemson Resort. He also set up and design the technical
log sheets and checklist for the daily, weekly and monthly inspection
for various projects
Currently, he was assigned with more duties and responsibilities
to also take charge of Ayara Surin’s Villa Management, East
Coat Ocean Villas and L’orchidee. With the help of his team
that consists of
an Estate Manager, Assistant Administrator and a group of Senior Technicians,
he is able to conduct training to all the other new Technicians at Laemson
who can be ready to deploy for all the new projects that Knight Frank
Phuket are going to manage.
