Career History and recent achievements:
After leaving Chesterton Thai in 1998, Phanom and his partners successfully
set up Chartered Property Consultants, a property consulting company
before the eventual joint venture with Knight Frank Asia Pacific in
2001. Under Phanom’s guidance and from an initial staff
of only 7, Knight Frank has today grown into an employer of over 250
staff in Thailand with offices in both Bangkok and Phuket.
Phanom has over 23 years experience in real estate services in Thailand. His
principle expertise includes asset valuation, especially for commercial
properties. Phanom has become one of the most respected and experienced
valuers in Thailand and previously sat on the boards of the Thai Valuers
Association, the Valuers Association of Thailand and also a
certified valuer listed by the Securities and Exchange Commission of
Thailand. His role as the leading partner valuer in the company
is targeted on large commercial properties. Phanom deals not
only with the major corporations in Thailand but also with large international
firms globally.
Apart from valuation services, Phanom is actively involved in real
estate consultancy services, investment sales and acquisition of commercial
properties for both major local and international corporates and many
foreign funds who are looking to invest in Thailand.
He also advises and manages all of Knight
Frank’s residential
development project sales and marketing.

Career History and recent achievements:
Nattha joined Knight Frank Phuket as an Estate Manager at Piyalai Laemson
since July 2004.
In the beginning, he was trained from a support team of Knight Frank
Bangkok. Due to his good performance and good leadership, he was promoted
to Zone Manager who in-charge to train all the new Assistant Estate Managers,
Senior & new technicians. He has to set up all technical and operational
systems at Piyalai Laemson Resort. He also set up and design the technical
log sheets and checklist for the daily, weekly and monthly inspection
for various projects
Currently, he was assigned with more duties and responsibilities
to also take charge of Ayara Surin’s Villa Management, East
Coat Ocean Villas and L’orchidee. With the help of his team
that consists of
an Estate Manager, Assistant Administrator and a group of Senior Technicians,
he is able to conduct training to all the other new Technicians at Laemson
who can be ready to deploy for all the new projects that Knight Frank
Phuket are going to manage.
